Choco Banana and Black Glutinous Rice Flour Cake
Another quick post!
Been craving for chocolate cake since my hubby bought me 2 kg of chocolate powder from local chocolate factory in Blitar named Gusant (doesn't it sound like France or Belgian name?). This cake is more like steamed brownies with its moisture, and yet the best thing about this cake is the texture. The unique sandy of black glutinous rice flour really give a kick, a chocolaty banana-y with a touch of traditional. A must try recipe!
